I left my silver jewelry in the liquid silver cleaner too long this morning. It looks horrible! How do I get them shining again?

Liquid cleaner is no good. I am not sure how to do that, ask a jeweler. Here is a good way to clean silver and it is cheap.
Line a glass container with aluminum foil (shiny side up),
Boil some water, pour it over the silver until it is covered, and depending on how much silver, put a tablespoon of baking soda, let sit ten minutes. PRESTO! Clean. If I am doing my silver plate silver ware, I put a single layer of the silver, and then after covering it with boiling water, add three tablespoons of baking soda. Let sit ten minutes and it is gorgeous! Plus it is not harsh on the silver.

If you are talking about sterling silver jewelry…mine says 15-20 seconds MAX….if you left it in way longer than that, I think the damage is permanent.
