Try Tarn-x… it comes in a dark brown bottle & smells HORRIBLE, but works really well.
Any self respecting jewelry department will have commercial cleaner that you can buy–I know that Target and WalMart both carry some. If you’re poor like me, though, toothpaste can help lift silver tarnish.
I have a couple of ideas for you to try!
1. Leave it in vinegar over night.
2. Leave it in lemonaide over night.
3. Use toothpaste and scrub real hard with your old toothbrush!
It depends how long you left them grubby.
Give them all a try!
May as well ey?

heres a good idea put ur jewely in a plastic bag with vinager and shake for about 20 seconds than let it sit for about 4 mintues then get a paper towel and shine it.the dirt will come off trust me that happening to my diamonds all the time try it!
easy solution: take the tooth paste and an old brush, and……..brush it, it works really good for silver!
or else, put it in a glass with water and a bit of sodium bicarbonate ( Na C2) the one you use to make cakes grow bigger
Before investing in cleaners try the simplest method for cleaning silver jewelry.
Soak it in warm soapy water for a while and then rub gently with a soft cloth or brush.
A word of caution: If your jewelry contain gemstones, beware that some porous stones could be affected by the water. Most of the gemstones are fine with water. Vinegar, Sodium di-carbonate and other chemicals may also harm some stones. Consult before taking an action.
