    You can go to jewelry store and ask, as some cleanser can help for silver but harm to the gold pieces. So you need to select the suitable ones for all your pieces. For a silver rope chain, a cloth could not reach the little space only the surface; if you want it to be totally cleaned, take it to the jeweler and it could be done within 1-3days
