well here I go again , sure people are thinking I´m some kind of sale´s rep. but no just a normal housewife and mother . I use a natural stone cleaner cream . Here are a few of the many thing´s it clean´s Silver, Gold, Bronze, Copper, Brass, Stainless Steel. Get´s rid of Limescale. great for the bathroom. get´s rid of dirt & grime ,it has so many use´s it even clean´s windows . the rain just run´s right off the window´s hard to believe, but it clean´s very well. Also it save´s on buying so many different product´s for cleaning & is last a long time. little on a sponge wipe &rinse or wipe with a damp cloth . on this web site you will see the product I use, you might find something similar in your local hardware store or in one of the big shopping store´s but it´s the best thing since sliced bread , and I don´t know why it´s not popular yet, anyway sorry to go on but you ask the Q

Use ketchup! My aunt uses ketchup to clean her silver and somehow it works! Good luck!

If it’s plain (no engraved, darkened designs), you can put it in a foil lined pan- shiny side up, pour boiling water over it, & put in a tablespoon of baking soda. Rinse w/clean water & dry w/a soft cloth. This is a great, cheap way to clean silver.

Heat some water just short of a boil in a stainless steel pot. Add some loosely crumpled aluminium foil and a few tablespoons of baking soda. Drop in the silver. If it’s severely tarnished, might have to repeat

Silver jewelry can be easily cleaned at home. Simply soak the piece in warm soapy water for a few minutes, then rub it with a soft cloth or brush.
    Good luck,
    Hila.
